Must you know javascript before you can use django to build web

You know html and css with django framework, is it necessary to know javascript too

Actually you only need python and html(css too).....nothing else...I am a full stack developer ....I start my web devlopement from django..so not any javascript needed

Django is a back-end framework. which is written in python.
You only need javascript on the front-end.so it might not be necessary.
