Mistake in a html quiz
There's a questing which requires from the user to mark all the html tags that dont need to be closed. The correct answer is 3 options out of 4. One of the "correct" options is <!DOCTYPE html> however according to w3schools doctype isnt a tag at all. Uder "definiton and usage" they state that: The <!DOCTYPE> declaration is not an HTML tag; it is an instruction to the web browser about what version of HTML the page is written in. So maybe this quiz could be changed in order to not misinform the users. chers.

That is correct, the reason why there are such mistakes, is that the questions are made by normal users, so they are not 100% correct since w3c describes every tag super accurate....u know
you could send an email to sololearn(info@sololearn.com) and ask them about that

This question was modified once before. The option <a> used to be <img> and it's not a correct option. Sololearn is trying to correct all the wrong questions. I think this one will be corrected too. Anyways, you can report the question to Sololearn with author name. They will reply.
