Good course for learn how to make advanced project with c#?

I finished the c# course here on SL, moreover I also studied from different tutorial the basic but I cannot find how to furrher improve my self.
I know that I still have a lot to learn, but I want to ask to you where to start.

Practice is the way to become more advanced.

Also understanding advanced concepts of general programming subjects is really important. Like OOP, inheritance, multi threading, database communication.

Platforms like udemy and pluralsight sometimes have really cheap deals for there courses.
