Learning HTML, stumbled on learning CSS along... should I just learn HTML solely or both? Really want mastery of html!

First you should learn single language after completion you should learn other languages.

I'm not new to html, haven't mastered it, reason why got back to it. Coz i feel I'm a lower intermediate at it. CSS sure come in hand for visuals.
