What must I learn here on sololearn to be able to create some sort of marks on the map that would appear when a client pays money it automatically turns on for dat period of time the person paid for it maybe say $10 a month n if person doesn't pay next month his mark disappears.

so you should learn a little html and mainly javascript.
Another challenge might be the logic.
An experienced one will do it within a few hours. But a beginner might need more time.
