What app can i use for running java and python for my android phone and for the PC?

You can use javaeditor or java n-ide , whether for python you can use pydroid 3 to run on Android devices
You can also use netbeans and eclipse to run java codes on pcs , for python you can install python ide from the official site of python and it's preferred to download the 3.8 version you can also use data camp site for running and training on python programming questions and problems
All of that you can do on Sololearn app i mean that sololearn app have editor for both python and Java which you can easily run your code on them

On android phone there are less apps but you may use sololearn's inbuilt option only
For pc, you can use pydroid for python and for java you can use netbeans, eclipse as your wish

I use Termux for mobile, I tried a lot of IDEs for mobile, but Termux gives me more control and it isn't plagued with ads. Some mobile IDEs play an ad before and/or after each time you run your code, its super annoying
For PC, Anaconda is best.
