Is it possible to learn Javascript before HTML

The question asking itself . Some people think its possible to learn javascript without getting deep in html (only knowing basics) is it true or possible

You can start learning HTML (&CSS) after javascript. But HTML (&CSS) is the basic for web developing,it is used for the front end developing of a webpage. Javascript is used to provide backend support. Hence it is mandatory to learn HTML (&CSS) with learning any other web developing tools.So,it is good to start learning HTML (&CSS) before Javascript
