How do you put a completed Android app on Google Play?

The starting point is the Google Play Developer Console. It is Googleâs dedicated dashboard for developers that lets you manage your apps in the Play Store. Google has a one time $25 registration fee which you need to pay before you can upload an app. Google says it encourages higher quality products, i.e. less SPAM.

I have developed apps using Android studio... I agree with Cory. The first thing you need is a Gmail account, then visit the android developers console. After your initial installment payment of $25 you will be able to upload your apps to the market. You will have to insert your own media and verbal content.
