Many, not all. But it teaches you the fundamentals, not the whole thing, you have to learn from youtube/udemy/bootcamps to learn a language COMPLETELY and be able to make complex apps. Just try searching on youtube for tutorials and you will find a thousand tutorials.

The codes that you tagged, if you wanna be able to make them, you would have to learn WEB DEVELOPMENT, in which you have to learn HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT, JAVASCRIPT'S FRAMEWORK, and other stuff.
I recommend you two youtube channels: "TheNetNinja" and "Traversy Media"

It's free, but it only really supports the major languages. Of course it won't have all languages, but it has all the big ones, so unless you want to learn something unique sololearn is pretty good.
