How to save the info of user logged in via Facebook

Question

I just watched a tutorial for how to login with facebook

I tried it once and it is working fine but i have a question

See if a user is logging in my site using his/her Email

Then on the time of registration i'll store his details
And The User is gonna book an Appointment

Now i am Getting the Time Date User Name Email and on the appointment table i am gonna put users ID to get the details of Users on the time of reading appointments

So how can i do this when user is login with facebook

if u r an onwer of facebook u can do.But without that u need to watch the url request with some tools like wireshark.And it is also depends on the same network like wifi or LAN.
