😂😂 your Question is well you are asking question as like as just how 5th class child can jump 12th class . Actully every step is important . You mentioned one months am sure that you can complete all basics in just 3-4 days but you will not be able to solve much problems without practice . So practice is very important . First learn all basics then solve small small question when u fill confidence then u can solve big questions of codechef ,leetcode , hackerrank

No, computer programming in general takes time to understand each concept and what takes the most time is practicing.

I think some python can, but the whole language?... No. There's too much and there is always a new update or some new package. Python is easy, but it's not that easy
