First try to find Answer why you want to learn Programming languages. If you know already then u already know that c and python are easy in learning languages . If you dont familiar with any languages then you can start with python .

Ofc. Python is very easy to learn than java.. It's better to go with python.. But choose according to your interests.. If you are willing to have your career in data science, ML or AI fields go with python.. It's the best.. Otherwise go with java(app development and all)
