How do I use SoloLearn to make something where people can add messages and stuff?

I think this is a better rephrasing of my question. I think I could figure out how to make it to where only people named in the code could add stuff, but I don't know how to make it to where anyone can add stuff in the first place.

I recommend you to start learning PHP and SQL, thats way to add stuff to server.
