If you think you have good basic knowledge from the courses I would suggest you now to follow documentations and specifications in order HTML, CSS and JavaScript (w3.org, w3schools.com) PHP (php.net/docs) Java (docs.oracle.com) rest of the languages...

first you have to think about something that you should've thought about long ago :D why do you want to learn programming? you didnt answer it back then, so now you need to answer this : what do you really want to do with your skills? make a website? make an app? make a software? make games? whichever you decide, there are some languages corresponding to the need :D the choice is yours.

Just keep practicing until you have got the knowledge to be able to create your own programs. Keep experimenting with your codes and find the errors and try to fix them on your own. That's a great way of learning further more about programming! Peace
