Download dropbox and follow these steps.
Original URL-

https://www.dropbox.com/s/1omcjilnukis0ta/persian-music-03-6559.mp3?dl=0

Step 1:
Remove ? dl=0 from last

Step 2:
Replace www with dl

Step 3:
Replace dropbox with dropboxusercontent

Now Final URL Is-

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/s/1omcjilnukis0ta/persian-music-03-6559.mp3
