Nice Question! You should python 3. Python 2 is reaching its end of life soon, so it will no longer be supported. Infact most of the frameworks, packages and modules today, are based on and designed for python 3. So, learn python 3. Just make sure that you use 1 release lesser. Suppose, the latest release of Python 3 is 3.8, then you should use 3.7, this is because, the latest releases are not accepted as soon as it is released. An older release is supported in almost all the frameworks, so its better.

Jan Markus Bro, its better that you degrade your python to 3.7 release. This is because, it takes time for all the frameworks and other stuff to be completely familiar with a new release. 3.7 release is completely stable at this time. You can move to 3.8 when 3.9 is on stage. EDIT- I'm too using 3.7.4. I've made a lot of projects too. When I tried with 3.8, some packages and modules gave error coordinating with it.
