I am a rookie passionate about web development. I have a LG X130 with spec of 1GB RAM, 32 bit to practice. Is it compatible?

I have a LG X130 with spec of 1GB RAM, 32 bit at the moment and I understand I need some download like Sublime Txt etc to practice. is there a system requirement limitation for this course. or if I can manage this?

web development ? my only concern is the browser, sometimes modern browser took quite a lot of memory. sublime is probably a good choice for that spec than other browser based editor like vscode or atom

Download a text editor and probably you already have a browser .these are enough . For bootstrap you can use cdn link if you have storage problem (don't use download form of bootstrap.)
