Are programming languages useful for all type of engineers?

I am studying electrical engineering and really curious about wheter programming will be useful for my career or not too much? Any idea?

Maybe not very much
But the binary has a relation with electrical signals and the programming has a relation with binary 🤔
So we can say that both are (though indirectly) related to each other 😅

Electrical engineering is too broad. If u go to electronics/embedded systems then it helps starting with C language.

You can learn [C/C++/Assembly] and Python
