Coffee machine app simple

Question

Hi I need help here.

I want to make a simple program here on sololearn that makes a coffee machine which at this stage will just do basics such as fill cup, add sugar, mochachino, milk or without milk.

I need to design this with java or javascript web.
In pseudocode
GUI basic. Methods for operations.
Input coffee type. Add conditions.
Output coffee type. Update GUi

Do you need to test it on a real coffee machine or just want to design a prototype for GUI and responsive GUI?
