How much coding experience do you need after let us say you practice three to four programming languages and get certified at so

Basically, I have no computer science degree, took one required computer class for college graduation in Basics, Fortran, C. I practiced some in the last couple of years, but no project experience. I know some java, python, java script, php, html,c. Also matlab.

Project experience definitely matters... Plenty of coding challenge websites like LeetCode, CodeWars, theodinproject, etc to get some more experience with that.
