I need assistance on API Data "configuration (ini text)"

Question

I want to make forum creator on site using "configuration (ini text)" and html/css codes.

Here is the parameter to use..

Parameters:
NAME, PARENT, ERROR set forum name and parent forum id. ERROR is for custom error 
%notify% - show notification on success

...........

For example:
I want to get the comment of users on a post...(Probably a just created topic).

I want to use GET api data..

I have a parameter to load PID..

Example: https://www.site.domain/post/%id%

%id% is a tag to get PID in my configuration ini text.
