For a newbie, you can use freeCodeCamp.org
They offer:
• Learning tutorials
• Video lessons
• Questions over every topic
• Discussion forums etc
It is very helpful especially because I finished JS in Sololearn but I literally came out with so little but after using it for 3 months I have learned so much

You can also use Edabit.com
It has challenges depending of the level of difficulty(very easy, easy,medium,hard,very hard,expert) and it also has learning tutorials
