it depends on the hosting company, not sure if you are talking about Domain name or nameserver. what are you trying to do?

I checked infinityfree, free subdomains are not supported to get SSL certificat.
and you can't change the nameserver either.
owning a domain name is the way to go.

I don’t know of any way to get free SSL on a free subdomain .
most hosting services only offer subdomains for free web sites. to get a free certificate means that the main domain has to be allowed to get many certificates for each subdomain, I don't think they allow that amount of certificates.

I wanna take nameservers from Cloudflare and replace my domain's nameservers with them to get SSL certificate.
