Why wont my tablet send messages

When i try to send a message it shows not sent whether on wifi or mobile data

If you are asking about the dm option in sololearn then when you send a message sometimes it is sent and sometimes not.
You get a exclamation mark before the message. Try to resend the message on clicking the resend option. If yet it's not sent then try to clearing the cache storage of sololearn. Then too not works you clear the storage. Then 70% are the chances it can run.
Try to change the network connection. Sometimes it happens with me too. So try to switch the SIM. It will work sweetly.
