Which program should a beginner start with?

What are your goals, I mean what kind of developer do you want to become?
For web apps I will say just start with Html, Css, Javascript and maybe you can move on to Python or Ruby but for system apps I will recommend C, C++ or C# and for mobile apps you can start wil Java, Kotlin or Swift. So it all boils down to what you really🤔 prefer.
