Regarding IDEs, if you are a beginner, one advantage of Notepad++ is that it's not as intelligent as some others, meaning that you have to work harder to get the syntax right and that may help you to remember the syntax better.

Well what is best to know and understand coding entirely not only html.... is... TIME.... when you get you ide take your time to practice..... Just my opinion....

You have PC or laptop you click WIN keyword and goto programs you see notepad or akelpad they are html editors
