What before C#?And how

I was thinking of learning C# so I wanted to ask that is there any language I should learn before it or should I immediately start learning C#. Also I wanted to ask in which edited should I run C#.I have been using Virtual Studio Code for a long time now and I think it's a good method to stay with it but I am not sure how to run C# on VSCode. One last question-Os there any other program I need to install in order to run C# and run it well. Pls I want free sources.

It's okay, don't break a sweat 👌 "Is it necessary to learn other language before learning C#" It is not necessary to learn other language, but if you came from Java, transitioning into C# may not be as hard as if you came from other languages. "What to install?" I wanted to say Visual Studio, many said it is best for C#. I think it's because both C# and Visual Studio are Microsoft product. But you said you wanted to stay with VSCode, so it's entirely your choice.

As I am not a C# coder, these are the only things I can suggest for you. But don't worry there will be someone who can suggest better. https://code.visualstudio.com/docs/languages/csharp https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=r5dtl9Uq9V0 Good luck! 👍
