Possible and practical too, because these two technologies rely on each other, so you need to combine them, also with Javascript as third part of the mix.

Yes it's possible and necessary too. Without CSS, HTML is just a weird combinations of tags. The thing is CSS makes the HTML code look beautiful and good. While learning JS is also suggested. JS is used to make responsive webpages. In my opinion, start learning HTML and CSS, practice them, and then start JSâœŒđŸ»

There is no rule about how many languages you learn or in which order. You can make different approaches work. It's about figuring out if it works for YOUR brain. Keep in mind, you can't just read a tutorial and expect to know the language. You need to practice, experiment, write mini-projects, repeat what you learned. That all takes time and effort.
