My advice is you learn C#, and then go learn the .NET ecosystem on Microsoft's freely online available documentation. Having learnt C# you will be able to do a lot, build websites, games, mobile apps and also write code for Raspberry Pi. C# and the .NET ecosystem built around it will give you a lot of opportunities and make life simpler, you won't have to learn many other languages.

All programming languages are good, there isn't the best one. C++ is the most complete language but also the hardest one to master. I suggest you to think/re-think of what your goals are and choose a language which fits them the best. You might google it and find out pros/cons of any language. Good luck!
