Where to run Swift

Can I run it in vscode.If yes how.
And pls tell if there is any other ide which is better but free

Sadly there is no "free" IDE for running Swift. So you have to go for either online Swift compilers, Sololearn code playground(which is what I use and recommend) or you use Xcode which works on MacOs .
