go to roadmap.sh for a whole Roadmap of web development. It reaches from basic HTML to advanced full-stack API’s etc. I highly reccomend it. It even has links to the best tutorials online It’s amazing!

It depends on what do you want to develop Skills are not how many languages you know, they are about how deep is your knowleges If you wanna continue with JS - then choose frontend and starr with angular for instance, or backend and start with node.js

İ suggest Javascript after Javascript. İt will help to learn Javascript deeply :) As i know there is no "after", there is only "with". Even so, you consider yourself prof in JS, then try to learn to find job to prove yourself by earning money. Good luck "with" your JS.

I think you should go for Jquery (hardly takes two weeks, every thing related to js, optimise your large js code to lines., built-in effects. ) Or Bootstrap/materialize. (If you have completed html+css+js but still can't make better looking webpages and found difficulty in component like sidebar, carousel, tabs, according... You should try bootstrap/materialise. You can complete it in two weeks easily. It is based on html+css you have to only focus on their classes for different purposes.)
