Is this just a coincidence or are challenges against someone with a lower level easier?

I just had this feeling a while now. Because i just played some challenges against some level 6 and 7 people and the question seemed much easier

The challenges question will be really easy if you responsibly complete the course with patience.

One more thing it's a trick that the questions are always the same which means that once if a question appeared it will surely appear next time so there are no new questions in these languages
