The easiest way to install Ruby on Zorin OS (and any other Debian based Linux distribution) is opening the terminal and typing "sudo apt install ruby-full". I'm not sure, but maybe Ruby is installed by default

Try "sudo apt update" before, if it's the first time you use apt after system installation, the repositories databases are not updated and installation of new packages doesn't work
