How to hide someway sqlite3 data base?

Question

After compiling exe file using pyinstaller it converts .py file to .exe. Good but I canNot hide sqlite3 db. Or somehow make kinda "onefile" including .py and .db files together.
Is it possible?

Why do you want to use sqlite?
Go to csharp and be better
Csharp supports access and Ms SQL server
