What language should I learn ? (I learned c # but didn't like it...)

What was your intentions when learning? C# has great UI frameworks, it can be used build desktop apps or create games (mainly using unity). If you want web development you should definitely go for HTML and CSS first, if data science, machine learning and AI interests you, then try python (it's a general purpose language so you can do a lot of stuff with it). for native android development: java or kotlin and for iOS: swift or objective-c (not recommended).
So at the end of the day, language choice depends on your goals, what you're trying to achieve.
