Is It good to have any application for html....or notepad is good for it

I suggest You to choose from Sublime Text (2 or 3), Notepad++, (Adobe) Brackets, Atom. (Sublime text is not really free, but it only reminds you of having only "shareware" version" and most people using Sublime Text leave it that way at least until they start earning money from development). And try PHP Storm if You are going to go deeper in web-development (if You would use PHP).

use which provide syntax highlighting, can put basic syntax for you, have syntax checking etc. I use notepad++ , there are many.

there are good IDE in net. use one of them. I use Visual Studio but there are better tools I think specially if you want to use PHP

try blue gryphon, its free and you can do text editing and wysiwyg
