definitely no, sololearn is good to begin with, but you'll have to study from somewhere else to really improve

Keep in mind that build a video game is a top difficulty so Sololearn will teach you some very basic with good details but to build a 3D fps will request a mountain of experience. Try to imagine that you will have to handle 3D modeling, 3D animation... both are high skill request and that also request 2D skill for sure. Oriented object languages like C#, which is not a recommended language to start learning programming so you won't directly start with that and for sure you will probably need to plug a 3D motor to handle collisions, gravity, ... You will need to build textures and try to optimize them, to know how to stick textures to a 3D model, ... and a lot of more things... I'm not telling that's impossible because that's absolutly possible but it's a long road where sololearn is the start flag so keep learning :)
