In programming there is a lot of field, first you have to decide what you want to learn.
Example:-
You want to learn how to:
1) make website / webpage
2) make a game
3) make app
4) make OS, etc.

To make a website learn with html, CSS and javascript.

To make app learn with C#

My personal opinion is that start with webpage/ website because it is easy.

Sololearn will not teach you each and every thing about it.
Sololern will teach you basics of it.

To learn more about web development or C#, etc you have to search on Google or YouTube.
