How to run all (or most) programming language simultaneously in single project?

Tell some ide/compiler/editor where we can code different programming languages in one code. Or how can we linked another programming language to other languages. For eg:- I have to write python, java, c to create a single project. How should be link each other. As we link html, css, js with each other similar like that.
