Why this app is not also designed for PC users?
In my opinion this app is great. But learning coding using PC is the best.

You can download an emulator like BlueStacks and download it. Otherwise use the web version of Sololearn (I mean website).

Actually It works fine in PC as well although it's website version is somewhat less feature packed.
For many things like puzzle solving and challenges you need to download apk in your smartphone

Memu play is a Chinese software so using it will be dangerous.I have downloaded in my PC and because of it my PC was infected with virus so don't download MEmu download it's alternative BlueStacks it is smoother than MEmu

Some apps are not suited for computers or will cause problems for users or maybe the server could crash if they made a version for computer users or simply just that there are more mobile users and then the all's could be mobile unlike computers as people rarely carry their computer around ALL THE TIME.
EDIT: oh yeah you can get an emulator though... an emulator is a software or app that allows you to experience other OSs like BlueStacks on Windows or Mac allows you to play Android Games and apps.

If you have Google account you can access on PC.
You have to write sololearn in your chrome and click on the very first link and connect it with your Google account.
It's very simple😀😀
