Can we develop app using html ??

Is it possible to develop app in html if anyone know about it help me

Yeah you can use like PhoneGap with html but I don't have better ui so may be look at react native it have better ui but you can't use HTML the ui is designed by js

Speaking of Android and iOS, there are libraries like Flutter, Apache Cordova, Ionic, React Native, NativeScript, etc which can help you make apps using HTML(React, Angular, Vue or any other).

For desktop, you can use Electron, NW.js or Tauri(https://tauri.studio)

If you have a PWA and want to convert it into an app, use PWABuilder (https://pwabuilder.com)
