first chose what language to learn . I recommend you python because python is easy to learn basic programing fundamentals.
learning coding is not about learning syntax only but changing or expressing your idea in code. so you can start here (sololearn) and also youtube will be a great resource. there are d/f channel to help you on youtube but tech with tim helped me a lot
