without expending anything you want to upload your website online that webhost.com is best solution but while uploading your file you must keep in mind that your img source CSS ref should have same name either in upper case or lower case else it couldnot be read by sever so you need to struggle in this part else its free and easy to use !

now if your website require database then never ho for the free host provider go for HOSTGATOR and GODADDY but by yours question it seems that you are starter so I won't think your website need database !

000webhost is a free solution. the domain is a bit wierd (netxyx.net) but considering that is free it's a minor flaw.
