when i create database the error is shown
1044 - Access denied for user ''@'localhost' to database '
what's the problem exactly??

Notice the '' (empty username) before the @'localhost', did you provide a valid username & password?

If you believe you had provided correct username & password, then check whether that user actually has right to access the database.

I don't see the database name mentioned in that error message, was it mentioned there or not?

I can't reply in DM, can only read.

Can you access other database by using root username? if you can, then check granted access for root on the database that is inaccessible.

If you can't, then there could be a problem with root account.
