Is it useful to only study Javascript?

Hi there, a newbie here. Just trying to get into the programming world. I have done some research, and i kinda choose Javascript to start with, but i don't know if it would be worth to know about it, instead a core language.

If you're Talking about mainly Web Development then yes JavaScript is enough but you have to learn some of its frameworks like React, Angular & other environments like Node.js for fast frontend & backend You can create mobile apps too using React-native JavaScript is Great šŸ‘šŸ‘ŒšŸ¤Ÿ Note : html & css also needed

It won't. You can apply js on html and css code here so better if u go through those two. How can u practise on a sewing machine without clothes. You can only understand it's working but can't practise it. Js has a main part here called dom which is totally need basic of html and css.
