To be a web designer, what are the languages you have to understand?

A web designer means only the designing part.
Which means you need not learn any language. You just need to master tools like figma, adobe xd, etc.

But its always better to learn languages because it will help you.
The most needed language is HTML, CSS.

You will not need to master html because your not for that.
But you should master every aspect of css
