Why i can't add a background picture for my HTML using CSS

I put the code like this :
body {
background-image:url("http//more-sky.com/data/out/5/IMG_58449.jpg");
}
when I run the program it didn't show anything.

forgot the ":" from http protocol ^_^

all day long thinking what's wrong and it's just because a ':' ..............😑😑😑😑

that's my fault ,got typing error there but I still can't load the picture as my background 😅
