Hi, Azudi kenneth Chinedu. Older programs generally had options to save data in either local files, or the Windows Registry. (Now the web is another option). The Windows Registry can be accessed using system APIs. I have implemented this in past projects and might be able to guide you on how you can do it. What computer language would you be interested in using to develop this?

Azudi kenneth Chinedu study this Microsoft article. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/previous-versions/ms838625(v=msdn.10)?redirectedfrom=MSDN#using-voregistry-optional The article has a broken link to the VORegistry library, but I think I found it at this link: http://www.voscorp.com/products/developer/winmobile/voregistry/index.htm
