LOL, good joke. No way Oracle will do that. Ever. In a any case, JavaSE is a GPL project. Java is a (TM), but Java code is licensed as Free/Open Source. If Oracle dies (or shoot in his foot), a new foundation can raise. Think in Eclipse Foundation, Apache Foundation, Mozilla Foundation, or Linux Foundation. Perhaps would be better ;)
