Can I install numpy by python 3.8.2 64-bit in pycharm without visual studio c++ ? Or I use python 32 -bit ?

In pycharm panda libraries download but numpy is not downloading they ask for install visual studio

its been 3 days, so i just suggest installing visual studio man. Its not hard, just go to the microsoft website and search for it, or search visual studio c++ on google. download it for 64 bit and then you'll be all set.
